  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day


Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch

📍 Other Cities in Pakistan

  • Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch

🌍 International Orders

  • Delivery time depends on the destination country and courier service

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched

Shipping Charges

🇵🇰 Within Pakistan

  • Flat delivery charges: Rs. 300/-

  • FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000/-

🌍 International Shipping

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and shared with the customer before dispatch


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan

  • Customers are advised to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including house number and contact details

  • One Jewellery will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses


Delivery Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

    • Courier service delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays

    • Force majeure events

  • One Jewellery will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners


Refused or Unreceived Parcels

  • If a customer refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason, future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted

  • Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer


Damaged Parcel During Delivery

  • If the parcel appears damaged or the product is broken upon delivery:

    • A clear unboxing video is mandatory

    • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
